May’s Fea­tured Cause

May is Mil­i­tary Appre­ci­a­tion month so what bet­ter time to sup­port our sol­diers?  Dur­ing the month of May we are encour­ag­ing all our mem­bers to cre­ate a card, color a pic­ture or send in a small craft to put a smile on the face of a sol­dier away at war.  All mail col­lected by the end of May will be sent to Paris Cof­fee Shop in Texas to be shipped out along with cof­fee to mil­i­tary sol­diers over seas.  The more cards we col­lect the more mil­i­tary sol­diers hearts we can touch.  Feel free to send in more than one card and remem­ber, for each card you send you get another entry into the month’s contest.

Autism Aware­ness

Since Autism Aware­ness month is in April we felt this would be the per­fect time to fea­ture Autism. Each mem­ber is encour­aged to cre­ate a card, color a pic­ture or send in a small craft project to put a smile on the face of some­one with Autism. All cards will be col­lected by the end of April and sent to the National Autism Asso­ci­a­tion to dis­trib­ute out to chil­dren affected by Autism every­where. The more cards we col­lect the more smiles we cre­ate. Feel free to send in more than one card and remem­ber, for each card you send you get another entry into the month’s contest.
